Workshops - Outsourcing - Performance Based Logistics Contracts - Implementation Reality
Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Contracts are now becoming more common outside the defence industry. This workshop will review the types of 3PL contracts utilised worldwide and highlight the need for change. The workshop will cover typical issues of outsourcing contracts, successful planning approaches and managing the relationship. Two case studies from the IT and defence sectors will be used to illustrate the key points and provide a blue print for improved outsourcing success.
